Sairachana is work on sustainable forms of design and
construction to reduce our impact on the environment and
play our part in the Race to Net Zero. Holistic design
approaches, seamless project management, and full life-cycle
planning are critical components of our efforts to create
buildings that stand the test of time.
Sairachana uses digitisation to extend and update traditional architectural knowledge by promoting circular and sustainable design of buildings and cities.
Essential criteria for carbon reduction
We view the challenges of sustainability as opportunities to
design better buildings: buildings that are healthier for
our clients, more efficient to run, and adaptable for the
future. We are a member of the Indian Green Building Council
(IGBC), and we work with various partners to help us
continuously learn and evolve to achieve more sustainable
results. We are more intendend towards a Low Carbon Strategy
which is essential criteria to reduce operational and
embodied carbon in all building types and we are formulating
a plan to make meaningful reductions by 2030 and 2050.
